Brainfloss is a team of engineers, consultants, and trainers who have spent years shipping software that businesses rely on. AI did not change what we care about: useful things, done properly.
Our story
We started Brainfloss because too much AI advice was coming from people who had never had to make it work. The demos were dazzling. The results, far less so. Budgets were spent on proofs of concept that never made it anywhere near a customer.
So we do it differently. We train teams in the skills that actually matter, advise on the decisions that count, and build the software ourselves when that is what the job needs. Whether we are in a workshop, a strategy session, or a codebase, the standard is the same.
The result is straight-talking, practical work that holds up long after the initial excitement has worn off. That is the only kind of AI worth investing in.
